The human mind is an amazing thing; it can push its body to the limit and tap into other abilities as well. For example, it's possible to die or live depending on the circumstances and how the mind reacts to them. Also, the human body only uses a small percentage of it's actual strength. If it were to use the full capacity of the muscles it could be detrimental to one's life. Now, to some people this would sound like fiction, but if it was fiction then why are there so many fine examples laying around in modern history?
I know that I am able to briefly block my mind from physical pain, but that is not enough. I want to accomplish much more. Perhaps in time I can truly tap into such gifts. I want to be able to sprint without stopping, to lift without dropping, and to live without dying.

We only use a small capacity of our minds, too.
