  • Cripple me timbers, aye matey!

I had the worst day at work today. While drilling through a stack of
wood I hit a hidden nail and the drill handle twisted around like mad.
I strained my hand in the process and its swollen red! (Infact I'm
typing this with my left hand only.)

Yesterday when pulling a wire rack (a piece of plastic pipe with a roll
of wire nailed on to wooden 2x4 studs) the wire fell off the attic onto
the first floor. It could have been someone if anyone was there. Scared
me pretty bad, considering it could have injured/killed someone. I
thought people would be pissed but they all laughed at me and made fun
    of me.

  • I'm nineteen now, big deal. So much work and no school for now, it's
been a real hard decision on what to do with my future and I'm still
not sure. Today was fun, finally played basketball and thought it was
    fun for once.

  • Finally got me a paycheck. My boss forgot my paycheck at home three
    days in
a row. Well, that's okay because I forgot his name and kept saying
"hi...," leaving him nameless. Those damn tools set me back alot, might
    have to wait
until next month to get my video card.

    Tools cost so much!
I just bought my electrical stuff and its really basic, didn't even get
everything yet and it came up to $180. What the hell? Guess I gotta
wait another 2 weeks for my computer stuff. Maybe get vga on monday.

Above: a drawing I drew a long time ago in Toronto.

Anyways its friday! That means I conquered the ultimate challenge of
five entire days of work, I worked hard and long. Hard and long, damn
it! Too bad I didn't get paid like I was supposed to, boss said his
wife was away and didn't input me into the system so I get my check of
$500-ish on Monday on Tuesday. Common practice for first paychecks is
to blow the whole thing in a day and you will find yourself in good
    luck.

Alot of you are probably wonder what the heck does an electrician
helper do? Yeah, I'm not an apprentice... yet? Anyways what I do is
pull wires through walls, ceilings, all over the place and direct them
to the main panel, smoke detectors etc and chop them down. Easy you
say? It can get pretty tiring trying to smash the perforated discs out
of the wood or drill holes with the gun. It takes strength which I
    never thought of necessary.

My room is dusty and messy. End.

Well, I'm back in BC. Damn plane ride smashed my computer up a bit. I
knew I should have disassembled the parts, the cpu-hsf is too heavy. My
gpu is dead as a doornob, my keyboard and mouse are unresponsive, and
ontop of that I just burnt out my speakers and bass. Wonderful. Now,
I'm running on GeF2,  a crappy keyboard, mouse, and without sound.

Atleast I'm working, I really don't like working with my dad but his
company pays me $12/hr so that's pretty good since I'm working 8 hours
a day. Thinking of taking apprenticeship for electrical, but the thing
is I don't like this kind of work you know? Maybe I'll take it and take
school for something else meanwhile at night.

got a haircut after 4 months or greater. Hah, took me forever to decide
that length ain't really for me. The woman thought I was German,
because apparently I have an accent.

EDIT: Okay, packing up my computer now. So complicated, I want a laptop
even though their upgrade capability sucks. This is the last entry from
Toronto for a while. Next one will be in BC!

  • Ya, so I'm coming back on Saturday and I'll arrive at 1:45 PM through
WestJet. Submitted a couple resumes already. My dad said if I can't
find a job he'll give me some electrical stuff, apparently it pays
pretty well. He also said his friend would get me a job at the voting
    polls! Money, money...

Went to the Opera for Trovadore on Wednesday, when I first saw the
stage I was amazed. Corpses clad in platemail scattered upon the
battlefeild with battered swords proudly standing upward, pierced into
the earth. These were the signs of a glorious battle, however I caught
myself falling asleep within the first 20 minutes. What a bore! That
thing moved way too slow and the huge twist at the end wasn't that
twisty at all. Other than that I went to some fusion-asian joint down
town called Spring Rolls, they put alot of work into the presentation
of the food. It looked to beautiful, however the food tasted pretty
crappy in my point of view. You can't always get the best of both
    worlds.

    Large lips in the motion

    Trying to keep blaming on

As I say reason I'm late on

    Find you turning

    Laughing and smiling

    Running over sometimes

Feel like you leave me behind

Now you don't have to mind it

    Find you shining

    Everyday by day

    Sing it up, My sister

In this world which everyone is lonely

    Everything will be fine someday

    Remember

    Playing in a backyard

    Hiding myself in garage

Since you never could catch me

    Find you crying

    weeping in darkness

    Sing it up, My sister

In this world which everyone is lonely

    Everything will be fine someday

    Some other day

    Large lips in the motion

    Trying to keep blaming on

As I say reason I'm late on

    Find you turning

    Laughing and smiling

    Sing it up, My sister

In this world which everyone is lonely

    Everything will be fine someday

    Some other day

    Sing it up, My sister

In this world which everyone is lonely

    Everything will be fine someday

  • I don't know what to do on my last days in Toronto for the next little
while. I'm going to miss living in an actual family with my mom and steve. Never knew that it was kinda nice to eat meals at a
table on a daily basis, rather than being secluded in my room. Back in
BC i try to distance myself from my father because he has an
irritating, two-faced personality and smokes nonstop.

The weather is getting nice too, oh well. I spend four whole months
during the worst weather in Toronto. I've survived through burning cold
windy blizzards and shovled mountains of snow. I should have chilled at
York University some more, that place has some pretty cool people.
These guys were showing me their investment plan with Trim, pretty damn
good if you have $2000 a month to spare for a bit. Be making $500 a
    month in no time.
