  • Okay, I'm leaving BC on December 1st at 11:00 PM to go to Toronto,
Ontario. Why? I'm going to work for a bit while building up a portfolio
then start school there in Fall 2005. Then I'll stay there for a bit
until I transfer to Emily Carr. Bah, I have alot of second thoughts
about this plan. If I go there I'm going to be going into Graphics
Design and get my Bachelors of Design. But I haven't designed much
since highschool so I'm rustier than a rusty bucket of bolts. Plus what
I've been really hungering to do lately is program. I really miss
programming in highschool Infotech 12... I could go into that sort of
job. But, I'd have to up my math mark a bit meaning stay here. Damn it,
if I do that I'll be wasting money going back and forth. Life has too
many roads, it's really difficult to choose which is the right one.
Plus I kinda feel like a bum right now since I'm not going to school at
the moment and just working part time. Bah, I really wish I planned
    this out better.

Superstore jipped me 28 hours, now I gotta work hard to bitch at the
Supervisors so that they add those 28 back to my next payroll. If they
fail to do so, I'll phone the union representative and then they'll be
    in shit.

  • pretty much having the same problem but looks like u got more roads to choose from lol good luck! toronto eh..will be colder there O_O; brrr...but designing sounds fun *thumbs up*

  • d00d! does that mean you're going to ditch your box creation? although i have no comments about the gfx design and toronto whatnots. life never has signs of which is the best, only prediction gets you were it's best.

  • so on days when your brain just isn't working and you cant think, then you're not real? you're a fake!

  • and my compu IS unclocked.. left it at stock ever since i got my cpu replaced after i fried it..

  • even after i underclock my comp, it still faster than yours!

  • oh yeah.. whats the point of building ur portfolio if you're only going to school.. and it's not even for emily carr

  • good luck matt, im sure you will be fine designing stuff.  ur yearbook page was wicked.  Trust me you do not wanna go into programming....its so repetative and boring and repatative and boring and repetative and boring and well u get my point....sounds fun going out and living on your own for a while.  I wish I could go somewhere like that.
