  • Ah, working out is great… I sleep alot better, and it’s getting real addicted. I’m also focusing on what I eat. Damn if whey didn’t cost so much, I’d buy some and drink it down with water. I’ve been doing alot of research and I found that I should be consuming about 200 g of protein a day, due to my weight.


    Here’s a template similar to what I will be doing… 1 week rest for each muscle is a good amount of time for repairing muscles…
    Mon – Chest/Triceps/Abs
    Tue – Back/Biceps
    Wed – Rest, Cardio, and 30 mins swim
    Thu - Shoulders/Traps
    Fri – Rest, Cardio, and 30 mins swim
    Sat – Legs/Calves
    Sun – Rest, Cardio, and 30 mins swim

    I might eliminate one rest day… since I really like to keep busy.

    And plus it’s really helping me eat more… For dinner I had: 2 sandwiches, 2 cans of soup, 1 bag of lychee, 1/4 bag of carrot sticks, 4 pastries, and 3 cups of water. Yay, energy!!

    Anyways, in conclusion to todays entry. Everyone should work out. ^^

  • Hmm, it looks like you are being taught by a personal trainer heheh.  Anyway, i might follow your schedule as well just because I’m too lazy to do my own research.  Oh and by the way, where can I find how much protein i should eat a day for the best results?
